The story
Chosen by one palate
Wine Bar by Andre Suidan is the work of a single palate. Andre has spent his career close to the bottle — tasting, sourcing and pouring — and every label on the list has crossed his own table before it ever reaches yours.
There is no distributor's catalogue behind the selection, and no algorithm. The list is rebuilt every week around whatever small producers are drinking beautifully right now — growers who make a few thousand bottles a year, from Italy, Argentina, France and further afield, rather than the big commercial names you already know.
The result is a room to settle into: a glass you haven't met before, a plate to share, and someone behind the bar who can tell you exactly where it came from.
